Job Description Our client is a dynamic, reputable, and innovative player in the healthcare sector and is in search of an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team based in Halifax, NS. As the successful candidate, you will support the AR team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions are recorded, support billing, payment processing and resolution of any discrepancies. This is a contract role with long-term potential. Key Responsibilities for the Job: Coordinate and track the financial data of continually changing recordsCalculate refunds for applicable accountsComplete deposit processesKeying of cheque deposits and third party paymentsPrepare and mail out statements and tax receiptsDemonstrate exceptional customer and client servicesAct as the primary contact for issues relating to the unitOther related duties as assigned Experience & Attributes for Success: Post-secondary education focused on accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration1 2 years experience in a similar, busy accounting support roleProficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
