Job Summary Position title: Accounting Technician (NOC 12200) Positions available: 1 Work location: 12711 No. 5 Road, Richmond, BC, V7A 4E9 Starting date: As soon as possible Position type: Permanent, full time Work schedule: 40 hours per week Salary: $26.50 per hour Benefits: 4% vacation pay; 10 days paid vacation after one year; Required language: English Job Duties & Responsibilities Balance financial accounts and maintain paper and electronic financial records for the company. Reconcile company financial accounts and prepare financial statements. Prepare payroll for staff and issue pay cheques. Manage payment of utility, phone, and internet bills and other payments. Assist in the preparation of tax forms and documents for submission. Other accounting duties as required by the General Manager. Education & Experience Requirements At least one year of previous experience as accounting clerk or related required. Completion of a post-secondary program related to accounting required.
