Schedule is Hybrid Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 with three (3) days in office.Who you areYou are a financial accounting authority with management experience. You have strong performance management and coaching experience, and the ability to be adaptable. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the month, quarterly and year end closes for a sizeable portfolio, and will have a team of professionals reporting to you. You will also take on exciting projects and initiatives to continuously improve processes and procedures.In This RoleYour team will be able completing month end close process efficiently, and with no errors; your team’s efficiency will be optimalYou will have an engaged and motivated teamYou will be a trusted member or the Accounting Management team, and a go to member of staffWhat Youll Bring7 years of experience in Financial Accounting in roles growing in responsibility3 years minimum experience managing a team of Accounting professionals of 3 or moreExperience working within Commercial Real Estate is requiredStrong leadership and mentor abilitiesBonus Skills And ExperienceCPA Designation and Bachelors Degree in Finance or relevant fieldKnowledge of Generally Applied Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferredExperience at a Public company is an asset#LI-HybridMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.
