Accounting Manager $110-125K bonus Mississauga Our client a reputable industrial distributor is looking to hire an Accounting Manager with strong Netsuite experience on a full time basis. Responsibilities include: • Oversee the precision and efficiency of day-to-day accounting operations to uphold general ledgers and execute the monthly close and reporting procedures • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations • Preparing variance analyses (actual vs. budget) and coordinating investigation and resolution into discrepancies with appropriate department managers • Oversee the subsidiary company accounting processes • Provide support and guidance in improving newly implemented Netsuite ERP system for maximum efficiencies. Qualifications: • Candidates must have a CPA designation • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, ideally part of an implementation of it. • Previous managerial or supervisory experience • Full cycle accounting experience • Excellent communication • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
