Our client is the Canadian division of a large US-based distributor of equipment and services the engineering/construction/infrastructure/land development sectors across Canada. Due to growth, the Director of Finance (Head of Finance for Canada) is looking for an Accounting Manager to join the finance team This role will primarily focus on managing the accounting operations team of 4-6 staff, as well as reconciliations, financial analysis, and management of complex accounting issues. We are looking for a well-rounded CPA with 5 yrs of hands-on experience in a similar role and managing staff directly. Someone that is proactive and keen to make a contribution; a go-getter that is looking to progress in their career. The company is located in West Toronto and the hybrid work model is 3 days in-office per week.
