We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic CPA with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP to join our team as an Accounting Manager.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Oversee the precision and efficiency of day-to-day accounting operations to uphold general ledgers and execute the monthly close and reporting procedures
- Oversee the precision and efficiency of day-to-day accounting operations to uphold general ledgers and execute the monthly close and reporting procedures
- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Preparing variance analyses (actual vs. budget) and coordinating investigation and resolution into discrepancies with appropriate department managers
- Oversee the subsidiary company accounting processes
- Provide support and leadership for various external audit requirements
- Continually evaluate the processes for general accounting, monthly close and consolidation
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM:
- Candidates must have a CPA designation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications in accounting processes
- Excellent communication, and people skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
