You will contribute to the overall efficient operation of the finance department and help shape a top-notch accounting function. What you will do:
- Assist with the daily processing of vendor bills and expense transactions
- Assist with processing Employee Expense Claims
- Assist with Credit Card and PEX transaction entries
- Enter bank receipts and bank payment transactions into the ERP
- Assist in generating customer invoices and entering revenue transactions into accounting systems
- Perform month-end tasks
- Other activities to support the Accounting Team as requested
We want you to succeed, so you will need:
- Working towards a Diploma or Degree in a related program such as Accounting or Commerce
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP software
- Ability to stay organized, meet goals and deliver accurately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks with an attention to detail and collaborate as a part of a team.
- Proficiency with G Suite applications (i.e. Google Sheets) and MS Office
Salary Range: $18 to $22.00 per hour.
