Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are searching for an Accounting Clerk for a position located in Hamilton, ON.
Salary: 55k-65K
Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days at home)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Statements and Reporting
  • Support full cycle Accounts Payable
  • Support full cycle Accounts Receivable
  • Account reconciliation
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Assist annual audits

Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related
  • 5+ years of Accounting experience
  • Expert proficiency with MS-Excel
  • Experience in a legal setting preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
