Job Description
On behalf of our client, we are searching for an Accounting Clerk for a position located in Hamilton, ON.
Salary: 55k-65K
Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days at home)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Statements and Reporting
- Support full cycle Accounts Payable
- Support full cycle Accounts Receivable
- Account reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Assist annual audits
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Expert proficiency with MS-Excel
- Experience in a legal setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
