Job Description

We are seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and help us elevate our brand and expand our reach.

**Position Overview:**

The Account Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. This individual will be responsible for account management, social engagement, publication management, graphic design, podcast management, and public relations. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for marketing and media.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Account Management:**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and projects for clients.

- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.

- Ensure all Social Media Accounts Managed By Spark Financial Group are publishing desired content on a consistent and timely basis

2. **Social Engagement:**

- Assist in creating and managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.

- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Grow our social media following and increase engagement rates.

3. **Publication Management:**

- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing publications.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all published materials.

- Manage relationships with writers, designers, and printers.

- Develop and maintain editorial calendars.

4. **Graphic Design:**

- Design visually appealing graphics for social media, publications, and marketing materials.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop brand-consistent designs.

- Manage design projects from concept to completion.

- Stay updated on design trends and tools.

6. **Public Relations:**

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.

- Write and distribute press releases and media pitches.

- Manage media relations and coordinate interviews.

- Track and report on media coverage.

**Qualifications:**

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, graphic design, or a related field.

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.

- Experience with podcast production and management is a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
