Job Description

As a Retail Account Manager at Kijiji, you will acquire new clients and manage a book of business to make it grow. You will report to the Sales Manager of Verticals. You will work in a hybrid role, some days from home and some days in our brand new office in Toronto.What youll doDefining sales focus through quarterly sales objectives and driving sales initiativesCo-author and complete plans to drive salesClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasDevelop client accounts by capturing and reviewing information to identify high-level strategic opportunities.Focus on the achievement of customer happiness, revenue generation within existing assignments, and goals.Prepare business presentations using data, reports and insights from the market.Discuss advertising solutions with the customer; understand and promote Kijiji products and services relevant to each customer’s goals.Work well with sales operation and support teams.Respond to clients needs promptly.Maintain an understanding of our product offerings and new products and developments in the market; understand the current landscape within the marketplace.Time-management skills required.Communication and collaboration skills to ensure strategies are implemented.Provide reports on all activity using Salesforce, and forecasts on revenue numbersWho you areTrack record in sales, or related experienceSales Skills - sales pitch, negotiating/closing business, objection handlingBackground in web-based advertising – SEO, and SEM, web search, digital media etc.Understanding of the Real Estate industry.Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.Explain the desired outcome and work cooperatively to build a path to achieve itExcellent teammate.Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
