We’re reshaping the elevator industry and transforming cities into the best places to live.Your responsibilitiesResponsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customersPrepare and deliver presentations for prospective customersNegotiate prices and other job proposal termsPrepare booking packagesContact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer baseVisit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective jobReview and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completedPersonally investigate complaints from customersWhen necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for paymentAttend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainingsComplete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reportsPerforms other duties as assignedYourqualificationsA minimum of 2 years of Sales experienceBachelor’s degree in business is preferredExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationshipsStrong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectivesExcellent negotiation skills coupled by inherent ability to sell to customer needsProven ability to manage conflict, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
