This role is a combination of understanding client needs, providing tailored strategies and solutions, and assisting in the management of the clients’ overall marketing campaigns. This role will also identify opportunities for expansion, manage renewals, and will act as the primary point of contact to drive client retention and business development.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong client relationships, understanding client business needs and serving as the point of contact for all account management mattersLead the client onboarding process, ensuring that our clients are set up for successManage the planning, execution and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for clientsWork closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain client satisfactionDevelop and implement influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to achieve client goalsMonitor and report on client results, providing regular updates to clientsTrack client results, and use findings to iterate campaigns to drive client goalsAddress client concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining client trust and satisfactionAssist with client contract negotiations, renewals and compliance to contract termsIdentify opportunities for expansion with existing clients, collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.Keep up-to-date on the industry, competitors, and other relevant topics, using insights to improve or create new influencer marketing strategiesServe as a thought leader in the Influencer Marketing space, contributing to and developing content such as blog posts, monthly newsletters and other educational materialsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role1+ years of proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies1+ years of experience working in a SaaS environmentExcellent communication and project management skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset.
