Job Description

We are recruiting an FTE Customer Success oriented Account Manager for a software company located in Toronto.This is an in-office role located in North York and will be 4 days in the office after that.This is a proactive role, interfacing with large international organizations. You will reach out to your book of clients and maintain relationships with the internal team at the admin, middle management and executive level. The primary goal is to maximize the utilization of the service and software by the client and ultimately renew and keep the client long-term.Experience with large organizations is nice to have.Attention to detail is a must.Previous relationship management or account management is a must .Ability to use key data findings in your presentations to the client.
