Triware Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team! As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality IT solutions.

What You Will do:
- Own and oversee all aspects of the client account, with a primary focus on understanding the client’s business needs and goals to deliver value through IT products and services.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters and facilitate contact for matters outside of account management (e.g. technical support, advisory services).
- Build, maintain, and manage strong, long-lasting business and client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships for client accounts with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Work in collaboration to identify solutions for, and proactively manage, client IT environments.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology products and business solutions.
- Develop new business with existing and new clients to meet sales quotas.
- Provide input on client needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts, account status).
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
What You Bring:
- University / College degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role.
- Strong understanding of information technology solutions and trends.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to think critically, make decisions, and use an analytical approach to resolve problems.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service for business users at all levels of an organization.
- Previous experience in a technical advisory role will be considered an asset.
