Remaining committed to our promises of quality, service and speed we ensure our clients success in every project we tackle.The Role // Account ManagerC17media is looking for an organized and personable Account Manager who is willing to go above and beyond to successfully fulfill our client’s diverse print needs. This ideal candidate has a proactive approach to addressing client inquiries and looks at the larger picture when it comes to solving problems. With strong attention to detail, they leave no room for error in communicating with internal teams and clients. Lastly, this candidate is a team player who can work with a diverse team to achieve collective success and overcome challenges.Duties // The TaskCoordinate clients’ projects from inquiry through to invoicing.Monitor all project costs while maintaining margin targetsAble to handle various projects with multiple clients on a day-to-day basisManage client expectations, including meeting tight deadlines.Liaise with other Account Managers, Production Manager, and Creative team on job progressQualifications // Experience RequiredAbility to communicate effectively and proficiently both verbally and writtenProficient with MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat ProKnowledge of large format, small format, and offset printing is a plus
