In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts within the Nonprofit sector through client engagement, meetings, and relationship building. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and President to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Additionally, you will utilize your skills in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint and Canva, as well as contributing to newsletter and email marketing efforts.Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communicationExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM systemsMS Office expertiseAbility to create presentations (PowerPoint/Canva)Highly organized and able to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to tell a good storyAssets:Working with a network of Corporate Canadian companies at a Director level or aboveExperience writing newsletters and/or email marketingExperience writing pre/post meeting notesExperience working with grassroots donorsResponsibilities:Grant processes and donor relations, ensuring effective communication and engagement.Social media platforms and contribute to the creation of engaging content.Refine processes to retain and grow relationships with donors.Execute customer success strategies to enhance donor satisfaction.Compelling newsletters and written communications to keep donors informed.A high level of detail orientation in all tasks.Opportunities for Growth:Clear paths for career advancement within the organization.Reporting Structure:This role reports directly to the CEO and VPCompany Culture:Positive and supportive environment within the non-profit sector.Requirements:in MS Office; familiarity with social media platforms.Work Hours:More in-office, with the flexibility for remote work on Fridays and during travel.two weeks at Christmas, the office will close for an extra day.team lunches, with two lunches out each month.Travel:- Occasional travel may be required.
