Job Description

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an Account Manager with an extensive sales background, ideally in IT Staffing/Consulting or experience selling other IT Services. This is a full/time, permanent position, on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Mississauga office.

Position Title: Account Manager

Work Location: Primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (global firm, headquartered in Toronto)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Earnings and Incentives:

  • Base plus Commission, Health Benefits, Expense account.
  • Total Earnings Potential: UNCAPPED annually, directly dependent on sales performance.
  • Commissions: Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Role Overview: Seeking a driven and resourceful Account Manager with contacts and accounts to call upon for new opportunities, build new clients and leverage (Systematix) relationships to re-engage dormant accounts; requires direct client engagement and complex negotiations. You will partner with our experienced team of best-in-the-industry recruiters and consulting resources to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to close, focused on relationship building.
  • Presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our services.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring diligent follow-up and relationship management with prospective and active clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to align client service delivery with sales objectives.
  • Work with Bid Team for the delivery of Tenders and RFP’s.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

  • Demonstrable accomplishments in selling IT Services; Staffing or Solutions preferred.
  • Impeccable communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Able to perform independently in a remote setup with superior time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Post Secondary Degree or Commensurate Experience - or just really smart and capable.
  • Excellent Communication and Interaction skills, both written and verbal.

This is a Full/Time, permanent position, on-site two days per week.
