Paymath is actively seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team based in Montreal, QC.

Manage and support a robust sales portfolio
Onboard clients and provide comprehensive support
Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payment industry and our offerings
Create and optimise sales operational processes for client onboarding and support
Continuously improve internal processes and structures
What you have to offer
Fluency in both French and English
Strong customer support skills with excellent organisational capabilities
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and/or support experience in Finance or Tech (preferred)
University degree in a relevant field or a diploma in Business, Tech, or related disciplines
Qualities We Seek:

High energy and confidence in engaging with customers at all levels
Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn about new product offerings
Experience with CRMs (e.g., Hubspot) and sales pipeline reporting

Total remuneration up to $75,000, including a base salary and bonus that’s aligned with your experience
