About the position:
Under the supervision of the Account Director, you will support account management in a proactive manner. You are a good listener who values the contribution of others. You have strong communication skills with a desire to continually learn. You never wait for things to happen, you thoughtfully make things happen.
Candidates must be bilingual (French & English).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in briefs, group meetings and presentations
- Manage projects and campaigns with the support of the account director
- Manage resources involved in projects
- Being in contact with customers, understanding their requests, implementing actions
- Provide support with presentations to clients, ensuring the brief and branding are respected
- Support the account director in the development of various projects
- Participate in improving internal processes and daily activities
- Work directly with producers to obtain estimates, deadlines, contracts, legal information and more
- Work closely with the Montreal and Toronto office to build global or local strategies
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in a client service related position or in a position requiring interaction with clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team spirit and good humour
- Bilingualism (English and French)
