You dig into the competition and keep current with what is relevant to the consumer so that we can always find fresh ways to connect with them. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves get things done in a resourceful way.We are a creative shop that prides ourselves on doing the un-thinkable and seeing the world differently.Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate day to day activities and projects for primary accounts you serviceMaintain strong client relationships through frequent communications on project statuses and deliverablesSummarize client meetings and capture/share client feedback for appropriate agency team membersRegularly check and respond promptly to all client communications communicating all action items to extended teamsCollaborate internally to develop project briefs and present them to the internal teamsAct as primary liaison between account service, internal departments and team members to see work through the development process - from the earliest concept stage, to final execution and deliveryChampion support of creative work through the client approval processAbility to set and manage timelines and workbacks, and provide internal and external oversightManagement of key financial accountabilities, including estimates, invoicing, and BCRsA passion to continue to evolve your knowledge and remain up-to-date within client industries, competition, industry and marketing trendsSkills & Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years in a similar or progressive roleExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenHighly organized and able to multitask - ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projectsAn appreciation for deadlines and adherence to budgetsFamiliarity with Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft OfficeActively engaged in the digital space (social media, internet trends, etc.)Experience working with or supporting digital clients is considered an asset Able to work independently when needed - strong decision-making and problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindsetDemonstrated experience with project management systems is a plusOrganized & detail-orientedWe love people who are curious, ask questions, like to share knowledge and collaborate.
