Job Description:

MagShield is seeking an Account Manager - Canada who is process-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong capability in achieving the full potential from customer relationships by constantly seeking win/win solutions. This role is critical to continue our growth and success in the mining and construction industry. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving results, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise the economic outcomes from existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize data to analyze and optimize account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Travel is required to engage with customers to grow and maintain the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or a similar role with relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of mobile equipment in the mining and construction industries.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in high growth environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
