LandArt is a high-end residential construction business located in the heart of wine country in Beamsville, ON. We are seeking a hard-working individual with a commitment to customer service to join our close-knit team of professionals as an Account Manager this upcoming season!  Summary: The Account Manager will work closely with our current client base to understand their needs and properties, and proactively suggest solutions that solve their problems. Services will include landscape maintenance, lighting, irrigation, plantings, cleaning services, general repairs, and renovation services. Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, five days per week, increased/decreased as needed    Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing Core Capabilities: Client and quality focusEffective communication skills (both verbal and written)Team workExcellent problem-solving abilitiesResponsibility and dependabilityEthics and integrity Job Duties: Sell, schedule and quote maintenance and enhancements to past and current clients and inform them about additional service offeringsManage inside sales projectsPerform quality walkthroughs for maintenance and warranty projectsHandle sales administration for construction and maintenance salesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with existing construction clienteleManage client communicationInnovate and introduce new service offeringsManage billings and paymentsManage clients’ needs and expectationsCollaborate with the sales manager to identify areas for improvement and enhance client experienceClearly articulate the benefits of LandArt’s products and services Requirements: Proven sales experienceDemonstrated success in exceeding sales targetsStrong tonality and outgoing personalityProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with CRM softwareExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperience in the green or renovation industry is a benefit but not a requirementCapable of using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamSpeak, read, and write EnglishKey Results Areas:Achieve monthly sales targetsDevelop and implement successful service offerings and programsMaintain high levels of client satisfaction and retentionAchieve profitability targets for sales closedCompensation$22 - $32 per hour, depending on experienceBonus programsBenefitsRRSPProfessional development and training opportunitiesDynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for advancement
