They are a leader in LTL/FTL, dedicated, and logistics solutions across North America, and value entrepreneurial spirit and initiative. The Account Manager will play a key role in expanding their sales footprint in the Regina and surrounding territory.Account Manager responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious growth targets.Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Prospect and secure new clients through effective lead generation and relationship building.Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process.Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.The successful candidate has:A minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales.College or university degree (preferred).Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and presentation software.A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.Ability to travel occasionally.Compensation and benefits:The discussed salary range is $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.Competitive benefits package, including profit sharing, performance incentives, comprehensive health insurance.Flexible work arrangement (home office with occasional visits to the office).Opportunity for professional development and career advancement.Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be reviewed.
