Job Description

Are you competitive, money motivated? We are looking for an Engineering/Science/I.T. Account Executive to identify business, manage a specific territory and build relationships with hiring managers. Some primary tasks would be cold calling, setting appointments, handling proposals/pricing and closing deals. You have an opportunity to sell our full complement of technical staffing services with the Engineering, IT and Science domains. Earn a base salary and a strong monthly commission bonus$75,000-$95,000/yearCommission averages: Year 1-1.5=$15-23K, Year 2-3= $35-60K, Year 4+= $65-115K3 weeks’ vacation, 5 additional mental health/wellbeing/sick days, 3 extra floating PTO holidaysPurchase 5 extra vacation days/year- a Kelly PerkTuition ReimbursementRRSP matchOption of group benefits through Manulife FinancialThis is a huge opportunity 100% REMOTE: Work from Home!! Must sit in the West GTA area (some options include Oakville, Mississauga, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Vaughan, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton, Brampton) ResponsibilitiesNew business development / build relationships with prospective strategic customers, penetration of those accounts and retention of existing customers.Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus.Adhere to the sales metrics and thresholds.Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business.Operating within company policy, exercises discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.Build and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships not only with decision-makers & end users at current / prospective customers, but also with community leaders and representatives from relevant business associations. Qualifications2 years of Staffing Sales experience in business-to-business sales or relevant technical Staffing experience.Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment and have effective networking skills.Staffing industry experience preferredMust have a track record of excellence Collaborate effectively with all levels of management Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus, positive personal leadership and drive, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.Excellent verbal/written communications (presentations) and negotiation & interpersonal skills. #SETT_REC#LI-DNI
