Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive for our client, a 3PL provider serving clients across North America and around the world. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions, you will drive the development of new, profitable business relationships, surpassing assigned targets. This entails crafting and showcasing value-driven solutions that boost client revenue, elevate brand perception, and optimize financial performance. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Surrey. Independently generate new sales revenue, consistently exceeding targets. Prospect for leads to build and manage pipeline effectively. Maintain a proactive hunting mentality while adeptly managing accounts. Collaborate with team on pricing, supplier selection, and strategic sales approaches. Convert business opportunities into revenue using strong value-based selling techniques. Manage multiple projects concurrently with urgency. Ensure accurate data management in company systems. Commit to daily CRM usage and updates. Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain; Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. Strategic sales approach with creativity in solution development. Bachelor's degree preferred; Strong understanding of sales processes. Proficiency in value-based sales methodologies. Effective follow-up and CRM proficiency desirable.
