JOB DESCRIPTION: One of Insight Global's clients is searching for a French-Speaking, Bilingual Account Executive with Large Enterprise experience to join their team on a Remote basis local to Quebec, CA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties including, but not limited to, the following: Establishing relationships with key personnel for assigned customer accounts. Pipeline and forecast development through phone calls, social & email campaigns, and understanding of the market sector. Establish & maintain pipeline of sales to hit & exceed goals within the designated market. Engagement with prospective organizations to position this organizations software & services. Maximize revenue generation & growth by generating short term results while also maintaining long term prospective opportunities. Accurate Anticipation of Monthly Revenue Streams. Education & understanding of competitor landscape along with customer needs. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE At least 3 years of professional SaaS (Software as a service) sales experience at the Large Enterprise level (10k+ employees). Previous sales success hitting $1+ mil revenue targets. Bilingual – Fluent in both French AND English. Proficient experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Professional HCM (Human Capital Management) or HRIS (Human Resources Information System) sales experience at the Large Enterprise level Experience with Salesforce CRM.
