This opportunity will provide you the opportunity to grow your sales skills and expand to a new level.We’re currently looking for an: Account Executive, our next AE should have a consistent track record of success, a verifiable history of exceeding sales goals personally and through a sales team, financial aptitude and the aptitude and attitude to make a difference in a fun, fast paced environment.Responsibilities: This is a startup environment, you bring experience and you're not scared to use & implement processes that made you successful in the past. Be what good looks like, you will build processes and lead by exampleEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnelProactively assesses, clarify, and validate opportunities generated by inbound & outbound activitiesPerform weekly/monthly audits to insure quality of opportunitiesComplete account management which includes; account planning and strategy, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification using Sales MethodologyResearching and educating yourself on your prospects and what problems Dyne can solveDiscovery Calls / Demos / Negotiations that unlock Economic Buyer, Business and Technical Success Criteria, Inefficiencies in their processes, key behavioural changes and aligned outcomes that allow you to demonstrate a tailored solution to the key outcomes they are working to achievePartner with others on the Dyne team to drive and close business (including SDRs, AM, CSM, and leadership)Negotiate contracts with Economic BuyersOnce landed customers, successfully continue and build relationships to expand customer baseExperience: 1-2 years of BDR/SDR or Related sales experience1-3 years in a individual contributor + closing roleSalesforce.com experience is strongly preferred - Management of data, dashboard management and reportingBS/BA or equivalent education and proven experience You are passionate about helping your team members grow and move on their next challengeYou have a strong passion for sales and sales processes Bonus Points: Industry experience in Restaurants, high transaction sales, & service industry experience. Essential Skills: Startup mentality needed - you see something that needs to be done and you create and implement new processes. Exhibits highly ethical behaviour with high integrity dailyNot worried about leading by example and generating top of funnel activityPrior experience in an outbound prospecting role and 2+ yearsSets the example in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational selling skills, and work habits.Previous success in B2B selling / Software / SaaS experience requiredStrong business acumen is a must- with the ability to teach/coach team members in navigating large corporate structures-C-Level/Subsidiaries/DivisionsExcellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skillsSelf-starter with a history of great decision making, planning, and execution to results Ability to learn and adapt quicklyAbility to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environmentStrong PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done while having fun Desire to WinSocial selling capability – and the ability to coach and guide your team in utilizationWhat We Offer:The Acquisition Group offers all the work/life benefits you could ever want (and none of the micromanagement).Flexible Time-OffUnlimited Growth & AdvancementFully Empowered positionWellness programs, including 1:1 wellness coachingEmployee bonus referral programDog-Friendly OfficeThe annual compensation range for this role is: $70,000 - $120,000 CAD - Dependant on commissions Hiring Manager: Adam - 403-383-4289 / adam@dyneapp.ca - This role requires top-of-funnel management; the individual will need to proactively reach out to ICP.The Acquisition Group's work culture is the backbone of our success.
