Summary:FCB/SIX is looking for an ambitious Account Executive who is looking to continue their growth in CRM, Strategy B2C and B2B advertising. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a driven self-starter, has experience in campaign development (email, direct mail, social, online) and a passion for all things digital.As an Account Executive you will be responsible for the management of all projects on specific account mandates and acts as the key point of contact between the Agency, Integrated Agency Teams, and the client. You will work closely with various departments throughout the entire project (Strategy, Creative, Technology and Data / Analytics, Fulfillment) to deliver the highest quality work in the fastest, most cost-effective manner. You will build solid professional relationships and connections with clients within Canada and United States.Duties and responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementKeep clients up to date on all projectsWorks alongside account team members to discuss issues and solutions with clientsEnsure all client requests are met in a timely and service-oriented manner (working closely with project management team)Assist in soliciting the client’s perspective on key measures of successKeep all agency departments informed on client/account developmentsKeep senior accounts team informed on projectsProactive at initiating projects internallyKeep abreast of all client industry developments, category news, and competitionProject Management Initiate new client project intake process and facilitate kick-offDevelop internal briefing documents (creative, tech, and campaign project brief) for review by senior account team memberManage all day-to-day account activities, internal and externalPlay an active role in the creative development of projectsParticipate in marketing planning and assume responsibility for execution and all operational aspects of projectsPrepare specific project documentsReview all creative/production material at every stageAssist Account Coordinator in the preparation of all project-related instructions (if applicable)Analyze campaign results and prepare post-analysis for review by senior account team memberManage and/or assist account team members, and assist on other accounts as neededAdministrative ResponsibilitiesResponsible for set-up and maintenance of account administration tools & materials: central files/server, reference materials, JIRA, etc.Manage, coach and develop Account Coordinator (if applicable)Review status of dockets with project management team to stay on top of project financial healthUnderstand financial terminology and scopes of workReview draft agendas, meeting minutes and contact reports prepared by Account Coordinator for/following client meetings (if applicable)Qualifications:University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Commerce or Science3+ years of experience in an account management/agency roleExperience with CRM campaigns and robust technology platformsHealthcare experience is an assetExperience working with 3rd party vendors and external agency partnersDemonstrated interest and passion for communications/relationship marketing/digitalDetail orientedOutstanding organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsStrong client management skillsProactive and independent problem solverExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skills, both internally and with clientsBudget management experience is an assetAbility to work in a fast-pace environmentStrong team player with a commitment to excellenceNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
