THEY WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.Send an audio message of yourself speaking English for 1 minute to talent@nueholdings.comSend resume in EnglishSend 3 work references with complete contact details.Candidates who do not do this will not be moved to the interview round.ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEJob DescriptionThe Account Executive creates opportunities to increase sales through relationship-building activities and outreach, nurturing of existing clients, and building the pipeline of potential clients through referral partners. The Account executive will close sales on behalf of StayNue by prospecting by building a database of referral partners and leads at a high level due to a high degree of emotional intelligence, proven ability to develop and nurture relationships. and strong closing ability.ResponsibilitiesPerform “intentional outreach activities” including phone calls, e-mails, posting in social media groups, face-to-face appointments, office drop-bys, joining and attending networking groups, and presentations.Find and nurture new leadsFill, maintain, and work the client pipeline.Nurture the existing and past clients to prepare for renewal of service agreements.Identify new social media channels where our ideal avatar spends their time. This may include investor groups and forums as well.Leverage all our email lists, polls, responses, quizzes, pm list.Respond to leads quickly and efficiently.Make outbound sales calls to various lead sources.Manage new leads with aggressive lead follow-up and a high conversion rate.Ensure smooth handoff of new Clients to Client Care and Property Care teamsMeeting and exceeding deal quotasPreparing commercial and pricing documentsPromoting the companys products and servicesRequirementsMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleProven track record of helping companies grow annual revenueStrong relationship, follow-up, and rapport building skillsThe ability to develop, follow, and adapt to company scriptsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be able to navigate various software including, but not limited to, Asana, Google Docs, sheets, and slides.Possess superb communication skillsGoal-oriented towards achieving overall company metrics and personal KPIs benchmarksConfident, coachable & must have a growth mindsetTeam playerWilling to go above and beyondStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategiesAssetsExperience with real estate, property management, investors, etc.Strong existing pipeline of connectionsLeadership and team management skillsExperience in marketing or revenue management
