Job Title: Account Executive

Location: British Columbia / Greater Vancouver Area

About Our Client: Our client is a leading player in the logistics warehousing and transportation industry, renowned for their asset-based and non-asset-based solutions. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to oversee and drive sales initiatives across Eastern Ontario.

Job Overview: The Account Executive/Business development will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within the Eastern Ontario region. This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.

**Must have 3pl experience**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market share.
  • Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using key sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
