Job Title: Account Executive
Location: British Columbia / Greater Vancouver Area

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to oversee and drive sales initiatives across Eastern Ontario.
Job Overview: The Account Executive/Business development will play a critical role in developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships within the Eastern Ontario region. This position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales targets.
**Must have 3pl experience**
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market share.
- Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and achieve sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using key sales metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quota.
