As the Account Associate – Business Insurance you will be providing support to our Business Insurance team for client’s over $10,000.00. You will be an integral part of our team for all things Insurance.About you:Integrity – You do what is right, always.Experience – You have the experience to build trust and help our client’s make informed decisions.Results – You believe in getting the job done, not only on time, but right the first time.Key responsibilities:Issue certificates of insurance for approval from Account ManagerGenerate/issue liability slips for renewals, endorsements and new businessAssist with processing documents: renewals, endorsements, and new businessGenerate applications/forms (e.g. SOV, Profits Worksheets etc.) as directed by the Account ManagerAssist with the maintenance of the summary of insuranceUpdate premium comparisons, summaries, executive summaries as directed by an Account ManagerAssist with performing Auto Quotes on Compu-Quote when requiredAssist with sending renewal requests to clients 100 days in advance as directed by the Account ManagerCheck policy documents against binders issuedCreating policy binders for Account ManagersAssist with processing of mail and endorsements for the teamReport and update all claimsWhat you will need:1-3 Years experience in the insurance industryCollege or University degree preferred or equivalent work experienceR.I.B.O.
