Resource must have a recognized bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline; OR ten (10) years related industry experience.2. Resource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday , 8 am to 5 pm.BackgroundThe Collaboration & Mobility Services team provides second level support, maintenance, and planning for SaskEnergy’s Messaging, Collaboration and Mobile Device Management as well as resourcing for ongoing projects supporting the infrastructure.The Collaboration & Mobility Services supports Enterprise e-mail, Microsoft Teams for workspace chat & videoconferencing, including mobile device management. SaskEnergy’s email infrastructure is based on Microsoft Exchange Online, with Cisco Email Security Appliances. SaskEnergy’s Mobile Device Management infrastructure is based VMWare WorkspaceOne managing 900 mobile iOS endpoints. The over-all team consists of multi-vendor contract resources operating in a pool concept where resources are utilized across varying projects and operational areas based on skills and abilities, with a goal of providing the most efficient and effective support to the business.of RequirementsSaskEnergy is looking for two (2) experienced Collaboration and Mobility Analysts to work in our Collaboration Services Team. This team is primarily responsible for supporting & administering the following Technologies:• Microsoft Exchange Online,• Cisco E-mail Security Appliance,• Messaging Policies & Transport Rules,• Microsoft Teams Administration,• VMware WorkSpaceOne Administration (Apple & iOS).These individuals will also be responsible for researching and providing recommendations on technical solutions as they relate to Mobile Device Management, Messaging and Collaboration technologies.Qualifications:• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• Strong interpersonal and client service skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong troubleshooting skills• Good time management skills• Ability to take direction & follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately.• Knowledge of an incident and problem management tools and processesThe key skills and knowledge areas required for the resource are outlined in attached Appendix C – Supplementary Specifications. The Collaboration & Mobility Analysts must be able to perform in a team environment with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. North American job experience is considered an asset for this proposal.The initial term for this role will conclude on March 31, 2024; after which SaskEnergy will evaluate its ongoing requirements and potentially extend the term for this Resource in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proponent’s Technology Master Service Agreement (TMSA).The Resource will be required to work and be located on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and the proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs.CONTRACT DURATIONThe Contract will be effective for an initial term commencing on the date of award and ending on March 31, 2024. The Contract will automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, a maximum of four (4) times
