In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full 360 Recruitment process, from identifying potential clients to nurturing relationships and ensuring successful placements. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Communicate job requirements effectively to colleagues and cultivate candidate relationships. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and optimize team performance. Participate in goal setting and reporting to drive performance. To thrive in this role, you'll need:Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant is a plus. Business development or customer service (either retail or B2B)Boolean Search experience (would be an asset)A demonstrated interest or past experience in the technology or financial sectorDemonstrated success in business development and account management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting. Ability to work remotely.
