All Equip Repair & Service is looking to hire a Shop Supervisor for our busy Truck and Trailer Repair Shop in St.Marys.
We offer permanent full-time employment, working Monday-Friday, day shift only.
We have competitive wages, based on experience, a weekly pay schedule, medical and dental benefits, and an RRSP plan.

Description:
- The Shop Supervisor will report to the Shop Manager daily.
- Ensure repairs are done properly and efficiently.
- Analyze and diagnose problems, and make decisions on repairs.
- Coach and mentor staff.
- Supervise 10+ employees.
- Maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers and tractors.
- Update and maintain work orders (paper and computerized).
- perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting and general repairs.
Requirements:
- Must have heavy equipment shop experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Advance knowledge of various tools and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
310T License is a MUST!
