Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Manager Summary: Our Markham based client is a growing real estate investment management company providing brokerage, valuation, construction, development and mortgage services. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Manager to lead the brokerage team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for overseeing brokerage operations, managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving the growth and profitability of the brokerage division. Core Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of real estate brokers and agents, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and professional growth. Recruitment: Recruit and hire experienced realtors who are interested in becoming a Realtor-developer. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brokerage portfolio and increase market share. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the success of the brokerage division, including market analysis, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives. Transaction Management: Oversee and facilitate commercial real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the commercial real estate market. Your Profile 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage , with a proven track record of leadership and successful transactions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. License: Valid real estate broker’s license in Ontario. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets and trends. Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
