14 Jan The Royal Victoria Yacht Club has been recognized as one of the top sailing programs in Canada and we’re looking for all levels of CANSail coaches to join our team for the 2024 sailing season. We believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment to help coaches deliver an excellent program to students. We appreciate coaches who are dedicated, knowledgeable and engaging and we support a variety of interesting learning opportunities. Our season starts in April and includes working with school racing programs, school field trips and a variety of other programs. In the summer we run all levels of CANSail programs from Wet Feet to CANSail Fast, Chutes & Wires, Adult CANSail courses, and specialized programs like Intro to Skiffs and Salty Sisters. We’re looking forward to the 2024 season. Apply to join us for the spring, the summer or the spring and summer. Our spring programs begin the first week of April and our summer programs begin the last week of June. We have full time and part time positions available and we’re happy to accommodate a variety of schedules. RVicYC is located in Victoria, BC on beautiful Cadboro Bay and we hope you’ll consider joining us this season.
